Review for Acceptance
The incident is automatically routed to the concerned Department's HOD and Area In-Charge for immediate review.

Assign to Investigation Team for Analysis

Investigation team submits corrective actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence of similar incidents.

Review Investigation & Release for CAPA
HOD or Area In-Charge reviews the submitted investigation, verifies findings, and approves it for closure actions.
Sends it to the Safety Admin to mark the incident closed once all recommended Corrective and Preventive Actions are confirmed applied.
